Vocable: Speak by 'pointing' with your eyes
With the Vocable app, people who can no longer move their limbs and mouth can still speak using a suitable smartphone or tablet. The screen shows a number of predetermined sentences, which the app speaks when you look at it.
Vocable is an open source project. The sentences will soon be available in Dutch.
